At night I’m restless In my room I am lost in my doom Black shades are dancing with the moon It’s dark I’m staring Through the veil The hands of the damned Are painting signs, they’ve come from hell Bleeding and screaming I cannot hear my voice (VOICE!) Fighting for freedom I cannot leave, I’m lost (LOST!) Sleeping and falling I’m praying to my guide I’m lost in an abyss of fl ame Inner fear in my dream Where´s the reality? When the shadows of the past are alive And burned out stars are falling I can´t breathe, I´m gonna die In the midst of my fallen tears I need a change, but there´s no black or white Who can hear me calling? The stars in the sky were gazing at me When I walked in the dark I found a distant space What was wrong with my eyes That I couldn’t see? I stood alone and cried in the shadowland I wander the roads and feel the cold of the world Why do my sins haunt me wherever I go?
