Aeon! Spasm, the soul dissolves In a chasm of oblivion The aftermath of genesis The last and final derelict The cosmic gaze of unknown kind Deliberates the human mind Astral trepanation Unfolds the putrid life Spores enter the skull Piercing the grey matter The spawn of thousand worlds A dead world’s dream of life Carbon-based anatomy Growing in your mind Breeding and feeding On wisdom, dreams, emotion It sucks out your marrow Fills its’ black blood through your veins A part of me got left behind Minds are being torn apart It is you and you are it Buried in your subconscious, A thing that knows no mercy You have corrupted me And I have learned to love it To lose my fear and hate Turned into a husk You know I love to please you I live to see you smile I will get you what you need To bring mankind to its’ knees The birth of a new world Inaugurate and make me queen And I won’t forget the day you said You’d take me to space Into space Into space You’ve torn out the tongue that sang Pierced the eye that saw Now all that remains is a Hollowed out shell Beckon forth the winds of change Set the beacon, light the way The time is ripe; the harvest near Usher in the hecatomb
