Once is too many times, a thousand is never enough It's like a storm is raging but no one can shelter us I believe ignorance is bliss, some kind of peace of mind The gates of Heaven are a sight for sore eyes Here we are Holding on Will they adore you Or tear you to pieces? We'll never know The lies they told Which could destroy you This ship is now sinking I get the feeling that thеy're watching me while I'm alonе Maybe I'm dreaming but they seem to know of the unknown There's no escaping, just fall in line to sell your soul We're living beneath the guillotine The golden rule has been betrayed, we live to help ourselves Even creating lies to the demise of someone else Your time has come you'll meet your maker, just wait in line Remains their sentiment ingrained in your mind Here we are Holding on Will they adore you Or tear you to pieces?
