Descend from a silver sky The hooded horseman rides Fields of tenebrous haze Wolves in twain by his side From mystic plains of icy mist To corpse filled caverns of Hel's abyss Asgard king with swaying spear Outrun black clouds drawing near From baleful hills to the ominous tides Reigns held fierce in steadfast stride Wisdom obtained, esoteric truth revealed No plane of existence out of reach The hooded horseman rides Through the gloaming, eight hooves thundering From the darkness, three eyes gleaming From this earth he rides, cowards a starless sky From this earth they fly, into the darkest night
