Here Thorin, lay your Arcenstone, upon your breast and let it lay there untill the moutain falls and may it bring good fortune to all your folk that dwell here after In your tomb Thorin, lay your sword Orcrist, never was it wielded by a mightier hand. Did you see the Arcenstone? It was like a gloom, with a thousand facetts It shone like silver in the firelight like water in the sun, like snow under the stars, like rain upon the moon The adventure starts my friend off we go Far away, lonely mountain its dark head in (a) torn cloud This night was the worst, and then became pitchdark, so dark, (that you can) see nothing.

Saruman come forth. I am Saruman the white, Saruman of many colours. Middle days are passing, younger days .... The nine have come forth again A new power is rising, the victory is at hand and there will be rich reward for those who aid it. By night or day. Are we not both members of a high and ancient order (most excellent in Middle Earth). The friendship of Saruman and the power of Orthanc (can not be lightly thrown aside), you have won a battle but not a war. Will you have peace with me. And all the aid that my knowledge, founded in long years can bring. Good days, come back by night or day.
