For the longest time Dwelling in the grey Creature meant to die Swallowed in its shade See! The boundless ocean up high! Azure vastness spanning far and wide! For the longest time Haunted by the mist Slowly turning blind Vainly roaming beast See! The unspoiled mantle up high! Its ethereal furrows soothing the mind! Korori nekorobeba aozora And in this vastness let me be consumed! All wounds will heal All banes disappear Burdens subside Under this heart-mending sky

And before I knew, the ocean above had changed Its blissful azure dye of yore Now musing tones of sapphire and gold Celestial vessels raise their blazing sails And lift off leaving trails of flame Over distant mountains And lands where their long shadows lay A fiery procession soaring far away Fleeting whispers Gliding in silence Guided beyond the confines By the twilight wind Otsuru hi no hō e Sora hitohake ni Hakaretari Swept away, out of sight Shimmering colors to listless shades Meager veins of fire Glow dimmer in the growing night Sole remnants of a pyre Soon submerged by the tide

In this cold gorge Harboring no life A frail form among the shadows Of immortal stone Hear the echoes! Feel the force! Crawling from beyond these walls The sky roars! Banished from space and time A lifelong curse Pleading for nothing, only the void The onset of an all-consuming storm Darkened Heavens.... ...Absolving Tide Rain falls on colorless skin Releasing the burden that’s nested within Tormented by failure and dull apathy Now grazing the surface of pure entropy
