The Constant Climb

I will pose a question whether I am good enough to face this scary world I know that if I find a way through this I will just prevail and be shown the way But maybe not as my own worst enemy's myself And I know my strengths and weaknesses alike All I can do is attempt and I can do is try But my strength can also be my worst weakness I keep on running and running in circles always trying to find my feet Stand up tall and strong I don't know if I'm needing guidance or if I really have the strength To take on everything I am struggling to find a reason why I can prevail as I can't explain it to myself I don't know if I can do this I don't know if I can beat this I don't know if I can achieve this I don't know if I am right for this But my strength can also be my worst weakness I keep on running and running in circles always trying to find my feet Stand up tall and strong I don't know if I'm needing guidance or if I really have the strength To take on everything I don't know my strength, I know my weakness There's no way that I can do this There's no way I can face this on my own I know that I can't do this But I will use this chance I've been given I don't think that I can do this I don't think that I have the confidence I do not have the strength or anything I need to keep moving on I know that there's a chance that they see something that I don't But I don't have the strength to take on everything I know I don't know if I can do this I don't think that I have the confidence But maybe they see something Maybe they believe in me

I don't know what I am doing but my intentions were high Even when I'm confident my mind is filled with doubt Even when I'm struggling you know what I'm about Because my mind is taking over me and my heart's no longer guiding me Heavy heart is what was weighing me down, Heavy Heart No matter where I look, No matter where I go my spirit seems dampened I know with doubt in my mind I will survive and achieve what I've set out to do So here and now my heart pulls me under deeper and deeper Deeper and deeper Feels like my life has no guidance I know that I'll find it, I'll know when I've found it Searching for something that I truly need and I know that it's out there And I know that it's coming No matter where I look, No matter where I go my spirit seems dampened I know with doubt in my mind I will survive and achieve what I've set out to do I'm filled with doubt here and now I need something, I need someone I'm needing guidance to help me through this To help me through this My doubt is consuming me, It's swallowing me whole It is consuming me and I am falling to my knees Someone help me please Help me please I need to find a way out of this mess

As I look out across the crowd I see so many faces And now I'm here I still see many faces Faces that judged, faces of non believers And when you asked I told you I'd achieve this There was some doubt in my mind But I was determined to prove all of you so wrong There was some space in my head But I was determined to prove to you all I'm the one And when it came down to it the proof was there and clear I was determined to prove to you that I'm the one just to make it clear I need to make it clearer cause you can't seem to see it You thought I was a dreamer, Maybe I was a dreamer But im the one who changed things, changed them all for the better And when you tried to judge me I showed you I was better And when it came down to it the proof was there and clear I was determined to prove to you that I'm the one just to make it clear In the shadows you hid from everything you tried to judge And that's including what I've done I know what I've accomplished and that is more than you expected And you expected nothing I know what I accomplished I know I'm proud of what I accomplished I'm proud What do you have to say now?
