Further into the ether we go Under the orders of powers unknown Seeking the guidance from those in the council No secret is safe From the shadows we crawl We are the masters of the artifice We are defenders of (all that is truth!) Deliverers of the sacred documents This is the world in which we’ve come to rule I look out and wonder on this long and lonely night For all of the power that knowledge can bring Whom does it serve if not I?
