The fading sunset falls to grey The Shifting skies are all they see And now their lives have come to pass A morning star illuminates through distant eyes A thousand souls cry out in pain Above the Northern sea as fire rains Falling without end Another memory burns Drowned in the hands of Death Beneath a rising moon they pray Their heathen souls in the hands of gods A sacrifice the only way The morning star illuminates in crimson shades A future torn from withered hands The fortunes of all that they know Now lying forsaken and dead beyond The circle of life has been broken Within the eye of Sol - illusions are swept away Through the hour of judgement We have fought in vain - bleeding silently Cut by the knives of fate In our memories of weakness We claimed victory - so mistakenly And paid the cost with our lives Await the sign - the hour's near And darkness covers all Look down on what you've made The memories slowly fade And so it begins as it ends The seas boiling, the night raging on And through all this pain and servitude The night rages on and on... In the ritual fires flames lash at my feet And the rope sears marks of shame and defeat The good Lord weeps upon my remains I am not a witch - God knows my name These severed hands of the Holy Ghost And the Holy Spirit are cold to my touch All their faces surround me, in these dying breaths They are nothing but fools - the bringers of death

Day turns to dusk Skies veiled black and shadows fall In a spiral of twisting fate I crawl Descent begins A sense of madness burns within I am a slave unto sin Inebriating tones are whispering my name Under the spell you're never the same From bleeding eyes A crimson trail of bitter tears Past fires burn smoke never clears I turn from faith While shades of night hide my disgrace Consumed by guilt falling from grace In suffocating darkness I have been reborn And for your sheltered souls I mourn
