Undimensioned Identities
From the omnicosm Lurks a monstrous form Treading through dimensions Idling just long enough to restore its energy Satiated only by conglomerates of plasma And magnetic convection It enters a distant corner Of the infinite vacuum Indifferently consuming the center of The solar system Without prejudice or malice Not considering the fallout Billions killed in an instant But does the humanoid concern itself at all? As it treads over an anthill Unbothered, unseeing It is drawn towards masses of energy With nothing lеft here to gain It slips on towards the nеxt

A gate from afar Once opened And left ajar Sent us unlucky few To a strange, desolate new home In a cavernous oblivion Cast away from the light We lurk Devoid of life Festering abscesses Pollute our skin Vermin squirm Buried deep within We seek refuge From the pillars of smoke The fields of fire And the desolate landscape The fragility of porcelain To the depths we sink again Mirages in the dust and dirt We do not understand their struggle Disappointed in this place Now Hiding Deep Within

Celestial being Beyond what is seen and what can be touched A fragment of time Beyond our futile grasp An abomination to our eyes A smoldering mass That which is not understood Or appreciated Manifest Degradation of the psyche As a new world is brought to light Conscious but still a dream The form appears Contact Light and sound do not exist Vibration assaults the body All we know now is fear We cannot hold power here Pitiful attempts to understand Far beyond what we learn as man Trapped, devoured, and decomposed Now a fragmеnt of time Beyond my grasp Dispersеd amongst the cosmos

The mind A ceaseless machine A vessel of thought A carrier of life The synapse the secret So small we barely see it Copied over and over Endless and unfathomable Bundles and groups Repeated yet all demented The secret lying between Mirrored not only in the skull But also in the heart of galaxies Ours and others alike Endless and evеrexpanding No end in sight As we bеgin to see the pattern Questions arise Are we encapsulated in a being Much larger than us? Are we mere vessels carrying matter From one point to another? To make a mind function One that is not our own
