Spellbound by your flame; dreadful incandescence Emotions running wild; love and hate collide Ever dreaming, ever feeling in the stasis of my mind Imprisoned in shadows, I stumble and fall Shine your light Soulbound by your bite, my dear Crimson rivers drown my fear Sinking down into the dark pits of your eyes Pain and pleasure drags me down, as you mock me with your crown An invitation to eternal night And then I fell down to my knees I saw you smile as you watched me bleed The light that shone upon my heart Slowly fades away I pledged my allegiance To the queen of the moon What I would give to feel her presence once again Memories burning eternally The blessing you bestowed on me Disguised a curse as cruel as thee Forever waiting, though in vain I try to numb the pain I pledged my allegiance To the queen of the moon Watching the world go down in flames I dream and reminisce about a time long ago When you were here This is my requiem
