Contemplating loss of faith And waxing upon matters of fate Ready for the longing to abate All shall be well, the lady sayth Time to abandon wishful lies Will not recant, no desire to try The wishes of the divine, I defied When I witnessed truth in her eye In times besieged by conflict Life, death, the ascent, the fall After time erodes and driving winds Who will succumb, who stands tall Craving war is in our blood But the wise ones will choose their battles While the brave and foolish Will surely fall How many times have I stood before On this unhallowed field Draw into a harried maelstrom From the anger that I wield As I settle into the fog of war Bloodlust overtakes me Hear only the death rattle Full depth of rage unsealed Today will I choose To die upon this hill My deadliest enemy Is my dying will

A torment for me, realized Burns bright and won't subside Did you that hell is The Others I now know that hell is The Others In an empty room With barren walls Risen again and standing tall A tiny feat, yet not so small Brave enough to face the world again But we both know how this will end A glimpse of joys beyond reproach They escape as I approach As I try to explain How my life and soul it drains The Others, inhumane And indifferent to the pain A puzzled look arrives And I begin to sigh As you dare to ask why I want to die The bile rises in my throat Cuts off air, I begin to choke From this pain there grows no love As no hand ever came from above My mind goes blank My vision turns red And comes the violence That I most dread Feral and uncaged And blind with rage Is this the time I go too far Take a deep breath And begin to regain control Hijacked by extreme passion But I can control my actions But I see a glance Another, not by chance The Others judging gaze Perception becomes crazed Hell is The Others Hell is The Others And my Hell is You
