In this forest I lay down to die In the shadows my life turns to dust Echoes of sorrow my life goes black Trying to escape this world so unjust Dying in a dream without any hope Scourges through my endless sorrow Visions of despair haunt this life A forest of death I now bestow Do not weep for the dead Souls in this forest of despair No tears for the departed They are freed from the nightmare

Calling out from the shadows A song from the winds My eyes - soon fade - to black... Blood flows from my wrists In a crimson tomb I sleep - with the ones - never to come back In this veil so black A Shadow's Veil With crimson tears In deep desperation, I now call out in vain To a dismal life, I shall never see again In shadow's eternal veil, I fade from this life A blissful death I called forth from this knife Sorrow's crimson cries, fall on frozen lakes of tears Drowned in anguish, I shall forget all my fears
