Heroes in Time

The sun rises for this morning to begin Rays of light from the sky penetrates my skin People passing by and no one seems to care About the meaning of ambition in the living sphere We all need existence in this world of haze Fighting for acceptance in the human race The one's with disbelief and absence of motivation Will be neglected and that's their final destination But if you fight, even in the darkest night You'll see the light! There is a chance we're gonna make it Keep your head up high! The purpose of life, we will survive Faster than light, we'll fight the fire To the final day, we will lead the way We are here to stay! When the days of life has come to an end You'll look back in silence and finally comprehend That every goal you achieved Missions of your might You were alright!

Trapped in this nightmare I'm screaming your name Hoping that someone can hear me Blinded by darkness, alone in the rain it's insane Can't get away Cold winds of agony, passing through the air A distant sound of voices, howling in despair Moving and turning, the walls are closing in Frightened of what's happening My sight is getting dimmed Suddenly, a beacon lights up the sky It's here to guide me, from this place before I die Into the ashes, my body will resign Desire of freedom helps me to hold the line Running and hiding, the struggle to get away Fear of the darkness in this great masquerade Faith of life will never fall But now, there's nothing left at all

You can run but you cannot hide From the beast that I have inside Cursed by eternal hunger I rise through the rain and I rise through thunder When the night comes I'll be near I hear you scream, I can feel your fear Only way to survive the night Get away and get out of sight To the sound of the glorious thunder My quest for vengeance is never on hold You will surrender and fall I will get through your door and insure To break up this massive war Like the wind of forever I'm loosing control In my eyes you'll see danger and deep in my soul There's a fire of burning desire so bright 'til the end of the world I will hunt you and fight From the wilderness I am rising And from bitterness I am striving The hunter of the night, will always be right You think you're all right, but time won't save you You better run fast, or else you get smashed Get away from danger! Endless machinery, cables of light Transferring all in our mind Stories about good and bad things in life Are stored in the system behind Hardware of evil collecting our souls Gathering all that we do Keeping us captives, there's nowhere to hide The system won't let us get through Unknown places we find The happiness leaving us blinded Falling out of the sky You never know that you're misguided Freedom is the new word, flying like a free bird We all think we're heroes in time Blinded by the big man, we're all in the game plan Something we don't understand Going on forever, trying to be clever Surveillance, they're watching us all Look into the future, we live in the computer Technology will be our fall Liking and sharing, it's all in the plan This is our chance to be seen Creating a file with all of those things Locks it up in a machine Danger, warning alert You cannot redo what you done in the past Try to erase and rewind We're all in the hands of the system behind
