Knew it's the long way to choose Waiting, loathing that you wouldn't guide me Abuse what made it true Waking, hoping that you would light my way Home fading, drifting the moment I came to Losing patience too No more, no less than this won't pay for me Late when all hell is breaking loose And I still be searching Knew that it always ends up hollow The days I slither into the ooze Begging for a different life to borrow The flood inside, it drowns me in the nude The flood inside, it drowns me slow I knew I'm tired, it's time to go Finding all of the answers Taken over the game Crashing on all of the fences You wouldn't lie to me Hide it all under water Stumbling on this chase As terrifying as this trace is You still guide me Waiting, knowing that you wouldn't guide me Knew it's the long way to choose Late as the night, it's maddening me Home Home Home Knew that it always ends up hollow The flood inside, it drowns me in the nude

- Excerpt from a monologue by the Log Lady (Twin Peaks) - Can you see through a wall? Can you see through human skin? X-rays see through solid, or so-called solid objects There are things in life that exist, and yet our eyes cannot see them. Have you ever seen something startling that others cannot see? Why are some things kept from our vision? Is life a puzzle? I am filled with questions. Sometimes my questions are answered. In my heart, I can tell if the answer is correct. I am my own judge In a dream, are all the characters really you? Different aspects of you? Do answers come in dreams?

Leaves his warm and golden cage Blindly he would follow The darkened glint he calls a friend Carrying a heart that bleeds in him What made him forget what he once believed? Moving, the pace was slow again Never he thought he would retreat Trying to kill the urge that made him freeze (Refrain:) Distract with pain the nail burns in my eye A thousand nights had taken whats inside And gazing at the walls, these faces in mind The weeds grown over a dying land The signs of greater sorrow No one left to tell the end The silence made him creep Unable to talk about what might have been Seeking the days when he was him Sleeping awake, waiting for the release Fighting for the urge he couldn't breath (Refrain) No way to return or to hide in those cages Trying to forget about seeing their faces The truth hurts too much and they're trying to make him Do what it takes to turn those pages (Refrain) These faces in mind

Something is gone Something may end In order for something New to begin These times overwhelming To the eye of your mind The world as we know it Leave us behind It's the darkness inside That creates the light It's the fear in your heart That you have defied No one can stop the fall No one can freeze here today You have to face it And welcome the change In the clear light of dawn Emerging from night As the silence speaks We rise with the tide The ushering flow To wash it all away The fear falls behind us And hope leads the way It's the darkness inside That creates the light It's the fear in your heart That you have to fight No one can stop the fall No one can freeze here today You have to face it And welcome the change It's the darkness inside That creates the light It's the fear in your heart That you have defied No one can stop the fall No one can stare inside You have to face it And welcome the flood

Our bodies are given life from the midst of nothingness. Existing where there is nothing is the meaning of the phrase "Form is emptiness." That all things are provided for by nothingness is the meaning of the phrase "Emptiness is form." One should not think that these are two separate things
