Starvation and hunger, sickness and death They're left to die, no one cares Unfortunate victims, our society is wrong The poor and the weak, they need our help Unprivileged, they're born Humanity has paid a heavy price The mentally ill, they pillage and they steel to survive Left out in the cold Acid rain falls from the skies A virus spreads death, from disease they die in this hell The poison they breath, it makes them cough up blood from their lungs Slowly they die The putrid filth runs through their veins Not long to live, they suffer from an incurable disease Bleed 'till you die!
