Thunderbolts of the Gods

The Gods gave us steel Its charm penetrated our hearts Enchanted by magical power Swords and armor we forged The earth has been dug Fiery stoves fed our forests Clouds of smoke covered sun That was no longer our God We marched though unknown lands The earth trembled beneath our feet Woe betide those who wanted to stop us Dead bodies graced our bloody trail The gods gave us steel The cold penetrated our souls Its splendor blinded our enemies Nothing could stop us We vowed loyalty and devotion To unknown gods who sneered us We laughed in the face of death Bewitched by the call of war At the end of the world, beyond the horizon of sorrow Dark Armies have been hatched from the abyss In the clouds of black smoke We could not see what's beyond the horizon Death has spread its wings over the enemy Black flags flapped in the clouds of soot Issuing a spooky ominous sound The sun and the moon hid behind the horizon Final rays as a last goodbye In the land of eternal cold and ice We will have to fight the last battle The pale gloomy dusk. we marched in a close-order armored column Fearless and full of pride Across from the enemy hidden in the mist Swords shining with eerie light Axes pierced armors Falling thunder tearing the earth Bloody storm overthrow our hearts In the foggy gray mirage Ghosts tormented the fallen The bitter cold, one could from the distance We sharpen our swords to keep warm Piercing sound rent the silence The Gods unleashed their chariots Storms lighten up by the thunders In the rain and mud we followed the chariots

Red fire filled the sky When it hit the ground The land and and sea trembled Nightmare descended from the sky Carrying the fire hotter than the sun Fire snakes and red dragons Crawled up from the bowels of the earth Wounded by the fire of Gods Furious roar of the beasts Boomed in the impenetrable clouds of smoke From the depths of the universe Angry Gods arrived Fire wind writhed In the clouds of rain of the ash There was no longer visible When day begins and when night falls Fiery red aurora Barely illuminated the omnipresent gloom And only thunders of lightning thrown by the Gods were heard The roar of their chariots Deafened winds and tornadoes Under the covered sun Beasts and ghosts feast Fire sword cut through the air Shining spear pierced the mountain Fiery chariot circled At the ground behind it burned with bloody red Red Dragon ripped the darkness to shreds Are a dead matter His eyes were on fire by the light of a thousand suns! Inciting winds that wiped all the dust When the chariots turned back north Night reined not permeated No stars could be seen The air turned to ash Then rose the ocean High in the heavens In the impenetrable darkness Consume countless lands

The night was dark and deep When the moon light up the darkness In the light shone my sword When I walked the forgotten path The night was quiet I followed the path, Which for a thousand years No man walked In the distance, on the horizon She was waiting for me, a building Built by creatures afraid of the sun The moon is kind to me today The enemy cannot hide in the dark Ancient building shines with Magical moonlit glow Armed with a sword and dagger I approach quietly and carefully Looking for an unknown enemy Among the statues The moonlight weeps alone Trapped by ice spider web Shadows dance, writhing helplessly The melody that freezes heart Listening for whispers Reflecting off of the walls Whisper quietly, unknown spell In a tongue which no one remembers In the palace of black granite Forgotten spirits Prowling around the dark corridors Dark magic, trapped them here In a hidden chamber In the darkest corner Black heart still beat Although for centuries cold I'm ready to beat them But when I lift up sword Misty gray hands They grab me by the arm The world spins around I feel life is leaving me Something tells me The essence of the Darkness captured me My sword will remain here Alone in the cold walls Ice cobwebs cover it The sad cold kiss

The taste of warm blood he liked His white teeth sharp Easily pierce the armor Chainmail tore to shreds Wind covering his tracks in the snow Elusive and fast he was A horde led by him Always hunted a prey He prayed to the Gods unknown Not afraid of the night or cold In the snow blizzard Ancient instinct led him Sometimes he saw shadows Skimming through the trees Shadows from centuries ago He knew he was not alone His stern look Frozen rivals' hearts His fangs pierced the arteries Forest and mountains were his home Each beast in a horde Knew his place Strict discipline The struggle for survival forced In the long winter nights They roamed the forests and valleys Hunted the silent shadows Fleeing in a snow blizzard People feared him Sent proud hunters Who never came back Young wolves played with their bones Wolf of the North Fearless in a battle He was the first to sticks his fangs In the throat of the victim chased This dark cold land Always belong to him He was born on a cold morning He will leave in a blaze of the northern lights

When the sky fills with fire Red aurora will cover the earth Somewhere far away, drums play the rhythm of the war Echoed coming thunders of Gods It is still cold and gray Cold of the morning wanders in the mist Before the fire come down from heaven Red auroras light up the lands Uncontrollable elements From the depths of the abyss of the universe will bring a bloody fire Hotter than a thousand Suns The gods say it all And people did not want to listen The drums are already playing an ominous rhyme Somewhere in the underground, the earth trembles Some have been waiting for this day However, they will not survive In one moment, to fulfill the destiny A whirlwind of war and destruction will pass Human dreams and desires Will be trampled into the ground Fiery chariots of the Gods Pass on their dreams In the red dawn, bloody morning Water and fire will fight another battle The eternal cycle will complete agony Nobody will add any the last words Light in a duel with darkness Lose sight of our reflections Cold red glow Illuminates dead ash Fiery wheel will sink red claws In the dead land by changing its form The divine wind sown new life The cycle starts all over again Then again. Harmony Fill the void dead The clear blue sea will affect the young Sun In the far cold North Snow will cover the rebound Blood red aurora, frozen in eternal ice War Chariots of the Gods soar to a distant star Where galaxies are born and die Where darkness is black ice
