This empty night has opened my eyes Without the darkness The light would blind us all The sky unravels turning blood red Chaos consumes me, Calling forth unbearable ruin. Open your mind Open your eyes Give them to me. Decades of endless guilt Internal hum of pain No sensation No absolution No serenity No redemption Only pain Take my eyes For I cannot see Take my Ears For I cannot hear I exist only to suffer No sensation No absolution No serenity No redemption Nothing is Obtainable, Everything is not.

Times tide will smother you I hear the tolling of the bell Black winds begin to howl Pulling away from now Fragile are the sands of time They form and fade, like yours and mine Seconds turn to minutes Minutes turn to hours Hours fade into days Days become lifetimes. I feel nothing As time passes by As I live and breathe Hours flow through me Like nails into my palms. Here is a new world. A world without I Time will never heal It Will never change Crucified myself For nothing at all There’s blood in the hourglass As I’m hung from my cross. It is my own doing my own undoing So crucified.... yet I still dream Time will have the final word. AS AFTER SO BEFORE

Over kingdoms of grief, My being, null. Sorrow and tears, A new Dawn shall come And take away, all of my pain Burn away, with guilt Toppling down, infinite hell Clinging to the edge of the world I see beyond the dismal horizon All these moments in time lost now, like tears in rain I’ll cast myself Into the lunar sea The sorrow will come to cease• And my pain shall be no more Up here I, I see all Even the stars cannot find my eyes The world will not mind A Black void devours me but I can see all This effigy of my past Left behind in time Yearning for spiritual rest Sinking deep beneath the stars Never to be seen again Maybe then, I will find peace I still remain in pain• The world will not mind Look to the sky, and feel as worthless as I The world will not mind
