Broken Sword, Rotten Shield
Sheltered from cruel world. A sense of being, finally understood. From dog's mouth, a blessing. A balm to soothe, a ward against all we see. Without you, my flanks are open. Alone, what am I to believe? From dog's mouth, a blessing. A transmission to spite the freezing dawn.

Misguided through endless marshland. Quest in peril. Corpselight consumes.

Light bends round the heart. Blood swells, vessels bulge. Head swims, soul gasps. Last days, final rites. The lament of all things in the dying light of the day. A wraith borne of torment, a shadow under the veil. The failure of ancient good. Fear soaked delusions. The absence of any joy has left me defeated. Light bends round the heart. Will it ever stop? These dreams are empty. Even tears are gone.

To what end does grief hold it's charge? Hallowed dreams of a lamplit luminous tomb. To whom does the foot soldier pledge his worth? Radiant, in service to thee. No glory on this earth. No reflection in this mirror. For all, forgotten. For thee, forever. Cleft helm underfoot, rage smote upon brow. Endless blows raining down. Combat in glory, war blessed by god. Corpselight still follows, their dead eyes still watching. Crystal ships dripping with ice Warrior fallen in silence.. To what end does grief hold its charge? Hallowed dreams of a lamplit luminous tomb. To whom does the foot soldier pledge his worth? Radiant, in service to thee. No glory on this earth. No reflection in this mirror. For all, forgotten. For thee, forever. My love is dead by time's cruel hand.

To ruin and the world's ending. Countless souls blight marked at the end.. At the end of the line. I don't want to feel pain. It all feels the same now. Shallow dreams won't let me release. I can see it, total defeat. Behold ruin! Behold death! Behold ruin and the world's ending. Behold our knight's ruin! Though the earth give way, and the mountains crumble into the heart of the sea, Though the earth collapses, I will not forget you.
