I see in your eyes the same fear that would bury me But together our resilience multiplies, a whirlwind of energy A synchronised, implacable war-machine, petty fueds aside Pressing forth, with the might of the rising sun, shield-walls collide For glittering gold our oneness we sold Divided we fade as darkness awaits One, blood, bone One blood and one bone Drive apart the enemy, spread them far and wide Break to bits their solid ranks, leave no place to hide Sow among their leading lights doubt and disbelief Overwhelm and run them down, deal them gloom and grief I hear fighting words, rousing poetry Sure and spirited verse inspires steadfast loyalty Rows, in unison lines draw near, fierce battle-cries Wild eyes, maniacal blood does boil, sworn foes collide For glittering gold our oneness we sold Divided we fade as darkness awaits One, blood, bone One blood and one bone

Sturdy companion to the master of fate Faithful retainer of the dark-elven blade War-weathered captain, no bow was as true Cruelly entwined in the dark foe's doom As his bonds are loosed he is roused With a prick of that treacherous blade A fit of wild rage and a lightning flash And revealed is his friend's lifeless face Despair! Quietly he comes by the captors at night Rescues the outlaw, settles his plight Hounded by thunder and the cold driving rain Now will the cursed victim be stirred from his tormented daze As his bonds are loosed he is roused With a prick of that treacherous blade A fit of wild rage and a lightning flash And revealed is his friend's lifeless face Despair!
