Surrounded by a crowd of doctors They wish to keep me alive But I don’t hold the same ambitions I only wish to be dead Pull the plug, end my life I plead for this pain to go away My existence, decaying Plagued by an illness that’s tainting me Terminal cancer Having its way with my life I wish not to survive Please put me away There is no hope for me Can't escape the mortality Here I lie, hopeless Knowing there is no escape I wish not to survive My wish is to be euthanized Rid myself of this disease End my pain What can you say for my life? Rotting before your own eyes The body it once was alive But now it has grown to be ill Shall you grant my last request So that my soul can go free? There is nothing left for me My last request is to Die! The doctors now perceive my anguish My cries will soon be answered Death is soon to welcome me With its comforting grace Lethal injection Pulsing my vein Consciousness fading Farewell to this life Here I lie, broke and futile I feel relief, as I begin to die Cursed by an illness, tarnished am I Now I die, set myself free
