Surgically slicing, Disembowelment begun.. Sorting through umbilical cord and intestine.. I gargle amniotic fluid.. Force feed the living fetus to the mother.. Legs snapped off and jammed down her throat.. Eating the skin so moist and tender.. Sifting through innards.. Strangled and mangled and hung from entrails.. Living fetus dissected like swine.. Secreting intestines suspending the corpse.. I carve at her face, slicing the gums and muscles.. She stares in horror as I rip and feed.. I dig deep in the gut and yank on intestine.. Intestinal noose, lynching the victim.. Left to hang for weeks and weeks.. Decomposition taking its toll.. Clusters of maggots spreading bacteria through the bowels.. Fixated on the festering flesh.. I start to accumulate corpse after corpse.. Gathering a stockpile of cadavers.. Human debris scattered throughout my lair.. Hacked up humans, keep me company.. I am the butcher, the executioner.. Slaying innocent mortals.. Allow them to flee, then hunt them down.. Eviscerating bodies freshly slaughtered.. Separating vital organs from the flesh.. I saw at the leg with rabid determination.. Merciless and murderous I grin with delight.. A rusted hacksaw ripping and tearing through muscle.. The blood spilling and spraying from severed arteries.. Stench of past killings linger with choking humidity.. I meticulously pick loose meat from cartilage and begin to feed.. Then carry on with the killing.. Blood splattered on my face.. Fresh cadavers hang from meat hooks.. Most of the body laid out in pieces but the victim still conscious.. I've sawn, severed and splattered the corpse to be. The hunger to kill pumps through my veins.. Upper cranium removed exposing the brain.. A calderon of boiling acid hung over the prey.. I commence the acetic death.. A pile of skin, flesh, and bone sizzles on cement..

Not enough tools.. I choose the nailgun.. The prey strapped down and bleeding.. Tongue chopped off and jaw wired shut to reduce the screaming.. Scraps of shredded skin form a mound on the ground.. This dismembered body skinned, split, and severed, won't stop squirming.. I decide to nail this slab of meat down.. Staring into trembling eyes, I pull the trigger.. Rusted nails penetrate the iris.. I work my way down the head.. The neck spews blood.. The body twitches.. Punctured organs secrete fluid.. Hundreds of nails fill the torso.. And laughter fills the air.. Nail gun acupuncture

Loose sand embedded in flesh.. Eyeballs removed, filleted then force-fed.. I am the vulture circling the prey.. Death by the electric sander.. I sand down past the skin let it heal then do it again.. The prey living on minimal rations.. His screams only fuel the urges.. Deranged! I Can't stop the mutilation! Through the muscle and into the bone I grind at the organs.. The patient gargles, screams and moans.. The blood bubbling from his damaged lungs.. I continue to grind until.. Minced guts and flesh lay on the floor..
