Hellfire and Funeral Bells
In my study chamber I write these final lines By the light of black candles My tale is taking form The mansions lies in silence My servants sent away Now to the finest whisky My mind drifts back Once I was a beggar on the street Until I met a strange, old priest His eyes aglow with eerie light A soft voice somehow drowning out the din of night He offered me a hundred years of bliss This crown lain on my head hiding a serpent kiss My solemn oath was all he asked And from that day I've not looked back 'Cause fortune followed everywhere I'd go Immerse wealth was upon me bestowed Knowledge without boundaries Life without regret So on this night I'll face my doom and die just as I lived Then in the distant sleeping country side, Silence has been broken by a tolling of great bronze bells A sound like the marching leaden steps of fate Hellfire & Funeral Bells - Hellfire & Funeral Bells Oh Angel of Mercy When you do return Will sorrow be read in your eyes? Or in wings bent by the burden You alone must bear Your cold, empty embrace For when you come calling at my door I'll have passed far beyond your reach Out of dust and shadow a mighty form arise His somber face tells me it is time to go I have donned my finest clothes - And rise to follow where I must My last words written down - A hundred years lived to the full And all that now remains; Is Hellfire & Funeral Bells

Her face whispered of sweet innocence But her body screamed for sin Every day she prayed to the lord above Yet worshipped her idols of crude naked flesh. As above so below, it´s said Both spoke to her in turn Though commandements from above Were not as strong as from below. No matter how much she did repent She had urges to attend There was no cure, just a remedy To Sin and Sin again. Tired of her wicked ways Her sister cunningly conspired To deal some godly discipline The error of her ways were clear While platonic love is not a sin Her heart was set on tantric paths The when her flesh did feel the whip She found she had a taste for it. And from that day till´her very end Pleasure was sought round´every bend Her mind would serve the savoir Her body served itself. So when old of age she passed aways Ir was without any regret or pain Cause unlike her sister of the cloth She had not lived her life in vain. You may know of her in other forms - This patron saint of sin She was the apple in the garden - Caressed by slithering skin The whore in good of Babylon - Who faced the wrath og God The Devil tempting Jesus Christ - Into feats of boastful pride Gomorrah, Paris, New Orleans - She walked their streets at night Your first kiss and your first fuck - And with you till you die ...You sinner!

Far into the eastern lands Shadows of a holy mountain Hides a lone valley where Deep roots feed on the dead Here you came unknowing Then slowly lost your way Alone, weary, cold, afraid The forest of suicide welcomes you in Bulging eyes behind the leaves Trees sway by the pulse of the dead Where the fruit of discontent does swing Tightened, creaking ropes they sing And underneath your doom-bound feet Pale lost faces stare out from the deep East or West, North or South Choose any way, none lead out Aokigahara - Black Sea of Trees All around, angry spirits are circling You were lost in the forest of suicide Now at home with others of your kind

XVII Snarling muzzles ascent like trumpets In homage to the gleaming moon Triumphant in their hunt again Howling ancient savage songs VIII The track is warm The prey is close Tonight the pack will feast On a canvas Winter white A morbid portrait unleashed VI When the snow glints with cold lunar light When the air stabs at lungs with knives of ice IX When the journey had been long and hard, When the aching bones and weary eyes need rest IV When the woods seem a dark hostile labyrinth When every prayer falls on frigid stony ground V When the Wolves Howl for Blood Every man must face his true self

Dr. Karswell, listen! Your runes I have seen The shadows you cast are long And the nights are growing cold Dr. Karswell, please... Call your servant off! You have made me believe... Now it comes! It's in the trees! Dr. Karswell, I curse you Now that it's too late for me Disturbing sounds all around In the mist a shape appears Forbidden book that holds your power Unlocked through countless nightly hours From the pool of wisdom you drank too deep Now nightmares chase you from your sleep The ruler of a cult - By a reign of terror Those who oppose will feel - Your black arts of summoning So your wealth and power grow - But so does your fear Everything comes at a price - And you know this cannot last Dr. Karswell, you fool! The runes have chosen you! The Demon screams from beyond You can run but the end has come Dr. Karswell...

Born in 1452 Of noble pure blood The gravest of children he was This brooding, curious, quiet boy At the tender age of 5 He took his first life Behind the chapel, a stray dog stabbed That very night they came to him Awakened by a stirring of the icy air Voices disembodied, vast choir dead and hollow They whispered of secrets, terrible and glorious At the price of human suffering untold Now for the very first time, the prince did smile At the age of 9 they all could see The ominous change in the lordling A hunger and strangeness growing Then one day as the sun did descend into its celestial grave A poor innocent maid disappeared without a trace With a human life split There was no turning back From the enlightened path For they were legion And they were voracious In their particular need Ever street deserted Every door locked 'Cause behind dark walls terror holds court When he claimed the throne He was 16 years old No trace left of the boy Now master of forbidden lore The tyrant ascendant!
