Through the gate, we rewind Into the depths of my shallow, antiquated life Cutting straight through my mind A choice presented by a universe suspended in time A profound sense of unity With this eminent dimension imbued to me Let it fade out of sight No wish to reignite old religions I had left behind These cells will never divide We're sailing into the eye Back whеn the world was ending I thought that I was defеnding a noble cause Always clinging to the life I'd lost "Walk through me", I feel it call from inside "Let this illusion slip away" "Death is blooming from your benevolent guide" Reality is an escape Time has left its mark In a true disconnection of the head and the heart Voices in the dark Ripple through this dimension, pulling back to the start Light exposed by ghosts only I can see Just blood and bone with so little left of me Step through the portal and breathe "Walk through me", I feel it call from inside "Let this illusion slip away" "Death is blooming from your benevolent guide" Reality is an escape Old flames together I won’t wait forever I’ve known pain and pleasure I won’t stay forever
