In the silence around she'll understand That it all was in vain and never mattered In the future of ours, there are no more like us Only the souls are what's left Distant memories of times when she was so young Full of dreams full of hopes, no one could stop her Disappearing in lazy careless days It's like she's meant to succeed Why does life seem so unfair When years you lived and centuries They matter much, much more Time gave her privilege To be the last of her kind Who still can walk this earth This reality's cruel and so heartbreaking When you're sinking so deep you cannot take it Catching glimpses turns into disappointment As it's expected to be Now she's got not much choice but to accept it All the dreams that she had are leading into failure And her soundness of mind’s naturally fading Her days are numbered but how Why does life seem so unfair When years you lived and centuries They matter much, much more Time gave her privilege To be the last of her kind Who still can walk this earth Over hundred years passed They can feel the mourning around But now she's gone, now she's gone She took her age with her
