We heard them speak of seas that were vigorous Of thunderstorms and lightning bolts that sent their shipps to hell We heard them say their prayers for deliverance But they were bound to die by the swords of Pirates! PIRATES! Bloody Pirates Pirates! Ooooh Pirates! What has become of me - A fallen? In a deep abyss I feel the fear creeping What will become of me and my calling? As we stood on the battlefield no hope in our minds The loss of brothers and friends weighing heavily on our kind A defeat so certain and cruel, no chance to save our lives Was this all for no one and nothing at all? It was clear to the charging lines That their lives would be ending When through the rallying cries Unyielding nor trembling Rose a figure to follow With blades in his hands He shouts: "Now take a stand!"
