For so many years, talked about his missing blade Still no answer, its trace had been lost Woke up at night, filled with anger, fear and pain For the future of the land, long since bereaved of hope Deep in my mind I search for advice There is the answer and the key The missing blade Keeps beckoning me Wants to be back - imperious I followed blindly, the voice of my heart Went through darkness, steep mountains and great seas With hope that I would find this precious thing Fate was so generous, I did finally succeed Deep in my mind I search for advice There is the answer and the key The missing blade Keeps beckoning me Wants to be back - imperious Why! Where! When! This road ends What is wrong with me, my lord? I thought that was the end but I was wrong Reading ancient scrolls, I learned that this blade Would save everyone, sacrificing me One life for a thousands lives, I reconcile to my fate I'm only a shadow of one more powerful than me I'll reach for the stars When the time draws near The blade, it calls to me, for one last time I am going, full of faith and pride
