Watching the sun rise in the sky The day that changed the world was born Where so many died The hand of evil was quick to strike And death came from skies & hit with all its might In disbelief this cannot be such atrocity To witness all, twin towers fall, unbelievable With no remorse, and full intent, to kill and maim The statue of liberty is chocking on the smoke From this unprovoked attack Now we won't be turning back It's the end of days There are no words for how I feel This wound, time will never heal The world was rocked to its very core Have we all lost our hope, has it all gone up in smoke.
