I feel my arteries begin to erupt My vision flickering Waking from this dreary state A flurry of insects burst from my limb Exposing within, a malignant colony Breeding, feeding Dissecting this living pulsing host Peeling back the epidermis Their fangs cultivate the skin Nesting their offspring Their hives nears completion As my limbs swell rapidly Sensation fading with my consciousness An odor grotesque, emits from the rot Scurry to the misty earth below I close my eyes Long starved The parasites bore through my veins Diffusing toxins travel to the neural center Soon to be reduced to putridity Inevitable ascension Distinction of reality and panic obscures Filth feeds from my entrails Cascading my remnants into the ashen cavern waters Decomposing to sediment I see it now My essence becomes one Their hives nears completion As my limbs swell rapidly Sensation fading with my consciousness An odor grotesque, emits from the rot Collapsing against the cavern wall The rushing of water, the gnawing of larvae All banished by their screams Emanating deeper within the crypt Beholding before me Edifice of the moribound Tossed atop one another A plume of ruination rose I feel my arteries begin to erupt My vision flickering Waking from this dreary state A flurry of insects burst from my limb Exposing within, a malignant colony Breeding, feeding Dissecting this living pulsing host Peeling back the epidermis Their fangs cultivate
