Mourn the Dying Light
Daylight fades away The sun sets for the last time Heralding the conclusive extinction Of our security Lo, the weeping masses Mourn their dying light No salvation for them remains Only darkness and cold And the flock has lost its remaining sight At enormous cost Nowhere to run This is the Black Winter Death will close in, beware This is the Black Winter Chaos will reign Until the Shining One will emerge again With knowledge of the Flame And all the ash of oppression Rise to the heavens From whence it came Nowhere to run This is the Black Winter Death will close in, beware This is the Black Winter

A circle worn deep into the earth A path leading only to its own beginning Trod upon by fools with eyes turned upward Staring at the sun, their vision fades away Living in the dark they see Only words whispered by others, pure fantasy Tall tales conceived in lunacy Slime coated and swallowed whole Evermore believe the allegory Dissonance deep inside your soul March forth, regard not the arc you follow Speak not, save the tale you've been told Give ears, only to the liar Swallow hard, the slime runs down your throat Truth is pain, is life, is fear Harrowing, a notion so unclear Fearless believers Chew the glass and smile Drink the poison and point the finger Light the fire and spew the bile Know this, a mind controlled Twisted and disfigured Horrid and eager for blood March forth, regard not the arc you follow Speak not, save the tale you've been told Give ears, only to the liar Swallow hard, the slime runs down your throat Praising the death of all Only you remain to eat Tear the flesh from your own bones And shriek in joyous victory The slime runs down your throat
