Paralysis

I can't close my eyes I lay in bed, there's a light shining through But there's somebody staring at me in the corner of my room I can't look away, I've tried My bed's the only place I can hide So I stay awake 'til morning comes to save me (I just want out of my head) I've been awake for days, my body's feeling weak I wanna seize my Saturday, but I'm terrified to sleep It's like a twisted buzzing in my head This demon on my chest will suffocate me 'til I'm dead I'm feeling death, there's a light shining through But there's somebody coming towards me from the corner of my room I can't look away, I've tried My bed's the only place I can hide So I'll stay awake 'til morning fucking saves me I can't close my eyes I'm starting to suffocate, and my lungs collapse It's not a lucid dream, it's my own personal hell Ten minutes of horror, but it feels like hours They hold me down as I witness the devil's masterpiece It's like the more I think, the less I feel The more I try to sleep, the more I don't know what's real I could try to stop the pain, there's no where I can hide It seems the only option has become suicide I pray for death, with the light shining through I see the devil staring at me in the corner of my room I can't stay awake, I've tried But I don't wanna live this life So I'll go to sleep, so death can finally take me
