I am the vulture And I’m the carrion The one that bleeds And the one that feeds One and the same In cycle of life One and the same In endless design No longer in pain Numb and consumed A part of you now My life is resumed I will go on And soar the skies Until the day comes Of my own demise Nothing ever ends It just changes form Molecules rearranged A life is reborn But what happens next I s a great mystery Life after death The final frontier No longer in flesh Pure light energy Eternal existence In endless Universe Throughout the eons My own reflections Essence of life Goes on forever
