The Endless Agony
Enslaved by the thoughts within his head And lost into Oblivion Possessed by the soul of an ancient dead Full of anger and full of hate Betrayed by his pain and his sadness But why on earth is he so blamed? Confined in a dark jail of madness I wonder if he will escape! Watch your life! Don't you think it's time to open your eyes, your mind? Escape this void before it leads you to the knife! Try to show that you've seen me, otherwise, you're blind! Then, you shall be banished forever! The demon in his head: This body Without spirit is Mine! This wandering soul will never escape! Entwined in a huge vortex of grief I hope he will find Salvation! Entombed in his own silence, and drifting on a sea of Confusion Watch your life! Don't you think it's time to open your eyes, your mind? Escape this void before it leads you to the knife! Try to show that you've seen me, otherwise, you're blind! Then, you shall be banished forever! The demon in his head: What's going on? He is my slave, but Why doesn't he Belong to me anymore? Something strange in the air: A feeling of haze gets you I come from a forgotten age A dark and violent one From the grave, he(I) appear(s) once more To take lonely souls away! Maybe you will defeat me But you will be haunted by my remembrances! To the grave, he takes and throws Lonely souls away! Do you really think you can fight me? It's a desperate fight Between two minds, two wills Entwined in a huge vortex of grief Will he come of Lunacy? Entombed in his own silence, and drifting on the waves of a rough sea My chains are shattered But I'm still sorrowful. (Open your eyes...) Screams echo in my head I'll never be the same! As I fall asleep, Appears my biggest fear: I am coming near the unseen frontier between my inner me And my reality. The beginning of a shape, A familiar landscape: I am in a forest Made of darkness, Where resounds a voice Calling me again: Never fear your mind! Escape human kind! This nightmare is so real! These things that I feel I just cannot wake up from this world of lies. I have to get the way, it's stronger than me. ' I'll give you Salvation! ', the Voice is telling me Never fear your mind! Escape human kind! The Voice: Come my dear Don't be afraid Forget your fear, and your pain! Dry your tears Hold in your hate The end is near. I'm your fate! Don't despair And take my hand Every dream is a nightmare without end! Wandering You won't survive Alone with your melancholy, you will die! Now, my soul is trapped. I won't wake up, never! These demons in my head say now I'm one of them. And, as gradually I just begin to die, the tears are coming out From my lifeless body! Never fear your mind! Escape human kind!

All I wish is to turn to dust! All I've seen is hate in your eyes All I know is from your world You never trust that angels cry I still feel his dirty hands over me I still hear his voice crying after me Who could believe that an angel could be The dead soul that still is inside of me? Doors are closed, Words have lied: God is silent when children cry Mother's gone, father's dead Who could believe me? My brother's dead! Hawling aft the sails and loosing the moorings From the port of Saint-Nazaire, we left in quest for Glory! Month after month, we lost the dream of earth Surrounded by water and no rum anymore! Deep in my dream, I see the dusk of the world It's only ruin!
